Project Overview

A PE-backed  provider of commercial landscaping services, Verde Property Services (VPS), came to us with a sprint goal of deploying $50m in 18 months on small LMM strategic acquisitions.

VPS does not have an internal sourcing or deal team.  Due to the lower quality of target seen as the buyer moved down market, VPS knew that they would have to 'overbuild' a pipeline in order to meet their deployment goals in such a short period of time.

VPS engaged CAPTARGET on a 12 month commitment basis. The client prepaid the annual contract and received 1 month of service for free.

With 3 months left on the initial engagement term, VPS has already acquired 5 companies sourced through CAPTARGET's efforts. Another planned close is under contract for mid-December (month 10 of the contract.)
