The client wanted to find a strategic acquisition to launch a platform in the industrial instrumentation industry.

This strategic acquirer was looking to rapidly grow and increase their market share. They engaged CAPTARGET on a 12-month commitment for deal origination.  

During the course of our partnership, the client successfully sourced and acquired two companies. First, their platform company. And within less than a year, another 'add-on' acquisition.
