Project Overview

The client wanted to find strategic acquisition candidates in the specialty rubber products and fittings industry.

This strategic acquirer was looking to rapidly grow and increase their market share. They engaged CAPTARGET on a 12-month commitment for deal origination.  

During the course of our partnership, the client successfully sourced and acquired two companies. CAPTARGET’s flat-fee service meant a total cost savings on sourcing these deals of hundreds of thousands of dollars (nearly $310K in savings when compared to standard Lehman).

The client is under LOI on two additional deals at the time of this writing.
